We do our best to offer accurate information on our products. However, the users should always verify the suitability of a product for its specific use. If a particular specification is crucial, please check before ordering.

All of our prices listed in the price list quotation table are in US dollars, and the standard products price subject to without advanced notice. All products are shipped FOB Fuzhou, China.

Generous volume discount is available.

All payments are in US dollars unless otherwise approved. Invoice amount includes total price of items, shipping and handling charges. Acceptable payments are: wire transfer, L/C or other approved panyment terms.

If you have a preferred shipping carrier, we will need the name, address, and phone number of your shipper and your account number. If the shipment method is not specified, we will default to the most efficient and economical method for your order. Default shipping and handing charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Our products are promised free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 60 days. Repair or replacement will be made at no charge if we are informed of the defect within 30 days of shipment of the goods. Shipment errors will also be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not cover customer errors in ordering, improper handling, storing or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the price of the part or service we are providing.

We can troubleshoot most problems via phone, fax or e-mail. If necessary, we will give you a RMA number and you can return the materials to us for evaluation.
